RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Shoe Labz gladly accepts returns due to a change of mind, provided the return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

For exchanges at Shoe Labz X Enzon Malabe outlet, present the purchase invoice at the exchange counter for a convenient process.

If you prefer to return via courier, follow these steps:

Contact our customer service hotline on 076 800 1198.

Inform the order number and our staff will arrange a pick from your location for the product you wish to return or exchange.

Once we receive the product our staff will arrange the return to exchange.

Return/exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and they need to arrange their own shipping. For damaged or incorrect products, return/exchange shipping charges will be excluded. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for a future purchase.

Notification of the completed refund will be sent via email. Shoe Labz will refund the value of the returned goods but will not refund any shipping charges paid.

CANCELLATIONS

Customers can cancel their orders without incurring a cancellation fee if they change their minds within 12 hours of placing the order.
